Upper Burtuk celebrates new appointees at felicitation programme led by MLA Kala Rai

A grand congratulatory programme was organised today at Luing Garden under the 28 Upper Burtuk Constituency to felicitate newly appointed Chairpersons, Officers on Special Duty (OSD), State Level Executives, and members of the Constituency Level Committee (CLC). The event was held under the leadership of the Honourable Area MLA, Smt. Kala Rai, who led the celebrations with deep gratitude and optimism.
Addressing a large gathering of party workers, panchayat members, youth, and enthusiastic supporters from all wards, MLA Kala Rai extended heartfelt thanks to the Honourable Chief Minister, Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay), for recognising the capabilities and dedication of the people of Upper Burtuk. She lauded the appointments as a reflection of the Chief Minister’s inclusive governance and trust in grassroots leadership.
“Our Hon’ble Chief Minister has given us the opportunity to rise and shoulder responsibilities. It is now our duty to work harder for the welfare of the people and the growth of our constituency,” MLA Kala Rai said in her address.
