SKM Sports Wing hails leadership appointments, lauds CM Golay’s vision
These appointments were part of the latest list announced by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay.

The SKM Sports Wing has warmly congratulated its President, Rinzing Wangyal Chophel on being appointed as the Chairperson of the State Sports Development Board, and Shri Bikram Pradhan for his new role as Advisor to the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs. These appointments were part of the latest list announced by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay.
In a statement issued on behalf of the Sports Wing, Nirmal Chettri, General Secretary (State Level), extended best wishes to both appointees and expressed strong confidence in their ability to lead the sports and youth sectors with renewed energy and purpose.
The Sports Wing also extended congratulations to all newly appointed Advisors, Chairpersons, Additional Political Secretaries (APSs), and Officers on Special Duty (OSDs) across departments. “These appointments reflect the visionary leadership of Chief Minister and SKM Party President P.S. Golay, who continues to place his trust in dedicated Krantikaris to carry forward the mission of ‘Sunaulo, Samriddha ani Samarth Sikkim’,” the statement added.
