Shantiram Nepal, a certified marathoner from Sikkim, has successfully reached Assam’s capital, Dispur, after covering an extraordinary distance of nearly 600 kilometers. His remarkable run was dedicated to the 50th Statehood Celebration of Sikkim, carrying the message of a "Sunaulo, Samriddha, and Samarth Sikkim"; a vision of a golden, prosperous and self-reliant state.
Starting his journey from Sikkim, Shantiram Nepal braved the long and challenging route, demonstrating immense endurance and commitment. His marathon was not just a test of physical strength but also a tribute to Sikkim’s progress and aspirations. Through his run, he aimed to spread awareness about the state's achievements and its path toward development.
