In a major boost to infrastructure and connectivity in North Sikkim, the Minister and Area MLA of 31-Lachen Mangan Constituency, Samdup Lepcha, has directed the General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) to ensure the opening of the Toong-Naga Bridge road within a week.
