Sikkim: State-level Sonam Celebration 2025 preparations underway in Soreng

The State Level Sonam Celebration Committee 2025, led by Patron Smt. Farwanti Tamang and In-charge Shri Lakpa Moktan, conducted an inspection of the venue at Jautaar playground in Soreng, ensuring all preparations are on track for the upcoming event. The inspection was followed by a coordination meeting held at the residence of Chief Minister PS Golay. During the meeting, Chief Minister Golay reviewed the progress of the preparations and provided additional instructions to ensure the smooth execution of the celebration.

The meeting saw active participation from members of both the district and sub-committees, who discussed logistical details and finalized arrangements for the grand celebration. As the event approaches, the committee is focused on ensuring a successful and well-organized Sonam celebration that will highlight the rich cultural heritage of the region.
