A coordination meeting for the 78th Republic Day celebration 2025 was held today at the RDD Community Complex, RURBAN Pakyong. The meeting was presided over by Rohan Agawane, District Collector of Pakyong, and attended by Thendup Lepcha, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Headquarters), along with various departmental heads from Pakyong District.
The discussions during the session focused on the meticulous planning and organization of the upcoming Republic Day celebration, which will take place at the District Administrative Centre in Pakyong. Key preparations are underway for the flag hoisting ceremony, cultural performances, awards presentation, and essential logistical arrangements, including sound systems, power supply, and refreshments.
