Sikkim Governor Om Prakash Mathur extends warm wishes on International Women’s Day

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Hon’ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to women across the state and beyond.
