In preparation for the much-anticipated 13th Foundation Day Celebration, scheduled for February 4, 2025, a final review coordination meeting was held at Laby-Bakcha, under the 29th Kabilungchok Constituency. The meeting took place under the directive of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang and the pragmatic leadership of Honourable Area MLA/Advisor, Thenlay Tshering Bhutia.
The gathering was attended by several key dignitaries, including Honourable Zilla Adhaksha Kado Lepcha, GS (Rtd) Employee Wing State Level Lazong Bhutia, DLC Mangan District Coordinator Shri Palden Bhargungpa, CLC President Shangay Sherpa, along with Zilla Panchayats, Ward Panchayats, Councillors, former Chairman Shri Chewang Norbu Lepcha, former DLC Vice-President Incharge Mangan District Shri Ringzing Dorjee Gyaltsen Bhutia, former CLC Executives, WLC Executives, Karmat Karayakartas, and local residents.
