The state of Sikkim marked the 76th Republic Day with grandeur and patriotism at Paljor Stadium in Gangtok. Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang led the celebrations, emphasizing the values of freedom, unity, and national pride.
In a separate ceremony earlier in the day, the Chief Minister hoisted the national flag at his residential office. Reflecting on the significance of the occasion, he stated, "On the auspicious occasion of the 76th Republic Day, I had the honor of participating in a patriotic ceremony, proudly hoisting the revered national flag at my residential office. This moment was a profound tribute to our nation’s freedom, unity, and the enduring spirit of its people."
