Sikkim’s rising star, Atiksha Pradhan, has clinched two gold medals at the 34th National Strengthlifting and Incline Benchpress Championship held in Loharu, Haryana, marking a significant achievement for the young athlete.
A 12th standard student at St. Joseph School, Martam, Atiksha demonstrated exceptional strength and determination to secure top honors in the national competition. She is the daughter of Binod Pradhan and Kamala Pradhan, who expressed immense pride in her accomplishment.
This is not the first time Atiksha has made her mark on the national stage. In the 2023 edition of the championship held in Hyderabad, she earned two silver medals, showcasing her potential and commitment to the sport.
