The vibrant Khambu Sakela Uvauli festival was celebrated with deep cultural pride and religious fervor at the Mirik Allay Ground, drawing together the Khambu Rai community and dignitaries to honor tradition and service.
Shri Bhojraj Rai, Hon’ble Minister from Sikkim, attended as the Guest of Honour, accompanied by MLA Smt. Kala Rai and the President of the All Khambu Rai Society (AKRS), Sikkim. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Shri Anit Thapa, Chief Executive of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA), whose presence underscored the significance of the event.
