The Himalayan Zoological Park (HZP) has opened its doors to all animal lovers and nature enthusiasts with the launch of a new adoption program called “My Child from Wild.” This program invites kindred spirits and people with a love for wildlife to become part of the HZP Adoption Family and support conservation efforts.
The initiative was officially launched in June 2024 in the presence of the Honourable Chief Minister of Sikkim. It aims to bring the community together and encourage more people to take an active role in protecting the wild animals cared for at the park.
The “My Child from Wild” program offers exciting adoption packages with special offers for participants. By adopting an animal, people can help the park provide better care, food, shelter, and medical treatment for the animals. It also helps raise awareness about the importance of wildlife conservation.
HZP hopes this program will lead the way in spreading goodwill and inspiring more people to support wildlife preservation. The park believes that when more people feel connected to the animals, it strengthens the effort to protect nature and the environment.
Interested individuals are encouraged to join this growing family of adopters. Becoming part of the HZP Adoption Family is a chance to make a real difference while also enjoying unique opportunities and rewards offered by the park.
