GSSS Sadam hosts grand Alumni Meet 2025 with MLA NB Pradhan as Chief Guest

Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Sadam turned into a vibrant centre of emotions, memories, and shared purpose on the occasion of its Grand Alumni Meet 2025. The event, held with great enthusiasm and community spirit, was graced by Hon’ble MLA NB Pradhan, who attended as the Chief Guest and delivered an inspiring address to the gathering.
In his speech, MLA Pradhan lauded the school’s enduring legacy in shaping young minds and contributing significantly to the educational landscape of the region. He spoke of the importance of staying connected to one’s roots and encouraged the alumni and students to uphold the values instilled by the institution. His presence was both symbolic and encouraging for students and alumni alike, who expressed deep appreciation for his active engagement with the community.
Also present at the event was Miss Anjeeta Rajalim, Hon’ble Zilla Adhyaksh of South District, who attended as the Guest of Honour. In her address, she highlighted the transformative role that GSSS Sadam has played in empowering generations of learners, especially in rural and semi-urban areas of the district.
Adding further prestige to the occasion were local leaders including Chandra Kala Pradhan, President of Sadam Sukrabarey GPU; Nomi Lepcha, Zilla Panchayat member; and OT Lepcha, CLC President. Their participation reflected the deep-rooted bond between the school and the local community, emphasizing the school's pivotal role in regional development and upliftment.
