A historic step toward spiritual and cultural enrichment was marked at Loop Garden in Kabi-Rongong GPU, 29 Kabi-Lungchok Constituency, with the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Dolma Tara Devi Statue. The event was held under the initiative of Hon’ble Area MLA and Advisor Shri Thenlay Tshering Bhutia, signaling the beginning of a project aimed at promoting peace, devotion, and spiritual tourism in the region.

The auspicious ceremony was graced by the revered presence of His Holiness Kartok Rimpoche, who performed the sacred rituals, invoking blessings for the successful completion of the statue. The event was steeped in religious significance and drew large participation from the local community, highlighting the deep spiritual roots that define the cultural fabric of the region.
