Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay chaired a high-level coordination meeting at Chintan Bhawan today, aimed at enhancing collaboration among government departments. The meeting was organized by the Department of Personnel and attended by heads of departments, secretaries, district magistrates, police superintendents, and senior officials.
The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of interdepartmental coordination under the "Team Sikkim" banner and stressed regular follow-ups to review past discussions. He encouraged officials to simplify administrative processes, address public grievances promptly, and improve record-keeping for people entering the state. He also highlighted the Child Care Leave initiative for employee welfare.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister inaugurated a Labour Management web portal and mobile app, and the state allocated land for a 100-bedded ESIC hospital at Mamring. The session concluded with a Q&A segment to clarify key issues raised during the discussion.
