Bishnu Prasad Sharma, Additional Political Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim (Namchi District), was felicitated by the Bhanu Jayanti Celebration Committee, Rabong, during the 211th Bhanu Jayanti celebrations held in Rabong, South Sikkim.
